The Wonder Junior Deluxe is a Powerful and Versatile Manual Grain Mill
The WonderMill Wonder Jr. Deluxe is one of the finest manual grain grinders in the industry. It's durable aircraft aluminum unibody I-Beam construction will last for years of use and it's stone and stainless steel grinding heads allow you grind almost any ingredient including flour, oily grains, and even tasty nut butters! Furthermore, with its patented double-clamp, the Wonder Junior is capable of being used anywhere in either manual configuration or with the Motorizing Pulley use electrical power to grind with ease.
The optional Drill-Bit Attachment now allows you to use a simple electric drill to grind your flour or butters, making the Wonder Jr. Deluxe one of the most flexible and versatile grain mills in the world.
The Wonder Junior Lasts for Decades: The WonderMill Wonder Junior Deluxe is one of the most durable manual grain mills on the market. The aircraft aluminum used in the body keeps the mill light, but the unibody I-Beam construction means that it will likely outlast the Limited Lifetime Warranty that accompanies it. Of course, no one wants their food touching aluminum, so the entire outer body is covered in a thick food-grade white epoxy coating that protects your food and makes cleaning the mill extremely easy. Add in the a heavy duty cranking lever (complete with a comfortably sized handle), the 5/8" thick steel drive shaft, and waterproof replaceable brass bushings and you have a truly rugged manual grain grinder. Even the stone and stainless steel burrs are designed with durability in mind: the stone burrs will last through 3-4 years of continuous use, while the stainless milling heads are designed to last a lifetime and are included in the mill's warranty. Both are also metal-backed, which prevents cracking in the stone burrs and makes them much easier to clean and store. The Wonder Jr. was designed to stand toe-to-toe with some of the most durable manual grain mill brands on the market, and it shows in the sheer rugged nature of its construction.
One of the Most Versatile Manual Grain Mills: The WonderMill Wonder Junior Deluxe manual grain mill uses interchangeable stone and stainless steel grinding burrs to grind up a truly massive list of grains, nuts and seeds. Both stone and steel grind dry grains (although the stone burrs are best for the finest grinds) while the stainless steel burrs grind oily seeds and even make nut butters! The nylon adjustment knob on the front of the Wonder Jr. allows you to adjust the grind for either burr set from very coarse for cereals and rough flour to extremely fine for smooth and creamy butter or soft and fine cake flour.
Use the WonderMill Junior for Easy Grinding: The grind on the Wonder Jr. Deluxe is very easy for both oily and dry grains. With a large 1 quart hopper you can grind a large amount of flour or butter at a time, and with the easy and quick to change stone and stainless steel burrs you can go from grinding dry wheat to grinding oily flax or tapioca pearls within minutes. Of particular note, grinding nut butters is nearly effortless even in a manual configuration since the steel grinding burrs use the natural oil exuded by the nuts during grinding to let the burrs glide along smoothly while still making very creamy butter. Furthermore, if grinding any ingredient proves too difficult, simply loosening the adjustment knob can allow you to go with a coarser grind for a first pass, allowing you to put the much easier to grind cracked ingredients in the hopper for a second finer pass.
Quick Cleanup for the Wonder Jr Deluxe: The Wonder Junior's Flour Guide keeps your kitchen clean and free of flour dust, but what about the mill itself? As we cleaned them after tests and videos, we found that the WonderMill Wonder Junior was easily one of the simplest to clean. For dry grains the brush does an excellent job with anything that might get stuck, and for large amounts of dust you could simply stick the whole mill, clamp and all, right in the sink and run water over everything. For sticky nut butters we liked using a simple dish brush and some water to clean off the stainless steel burrs, but otherwise all you really need is a faucet and a clean rag to wipe away all the butter residue.
A Vast List of Ingredients: The Stone burrs of the Wonder Jr. Deluxe grind a wide variety of dry grains including wheat (both hard and soft), dehulled oats, rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, dry beans, lentils, dent ("field") corn, popcorn, dried sweet corn, split peas, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, dried mung beans, garbanzos, and more. The Stainless Steel burrs grind dry grains too, albeit not as finely, but they truly shine when grinding nuts, coffee beans, herbs, spices, oilseeds like flax, fibrous materials or sprouted seeds or grains, cacao nibs, dried bone, alum and more.
Flexibility Makes it Your Wonder Junior: Everyone has different needs, and the Wonder Junior can meet many of them. If you need a mill for emergencies, this mill has the durability and manual capability to work through anything. If you want easy access to motorized power, the optional Drill-Bit attachment or Motorizing Pulley let you rapidly change from manual to electric configuration. The Double-Clamp allows you to move the WonderMill Junior about as you need it by simply unscrewing the clamping pads and then attach it somewhere else securely without damaging the surface it is attached to.

The WonderMill Jr. Deluxe worked as advertised. Only Grain Mills gave an unbiased review. Only minor drawback is that toward the end or at the end of the grinding, a small amount of the residual grains and incomplete grounds are retained in the throat of the "screw" throat of the mill.

We only got our WonderMill Jr. Deluxe last week but we LOVE it. We have made a batch of peanut butter and it is fantastic. We got it quickly, set up was a breeze, clean up was fast (even with nut butter) and we cannot wait to make flours and other nut butters!

Have tried the worst Mills before, so I can say this is the best for my needs.
A few points to mention:
- pass Hard Grains through twice to get good flour. you can't physically do it by hand on a single pass if you going to gind over a over a cup worth even with a Power Drill it's very difficult to do.!
(in my opinon) Not worth that much effort.!!
- Speaking of power drills (A Must Have), nothing less then a DEWALT DW130V 9 Amp 1/2-Inch Drill will do the job. Other cheaper so called high torque drills I've tried, just can't be controlled at the lower speeds you need. Any higher then 160 RPM you could damage the Mill and these cheaper drills stall out at that RPM.
- optional drill .. it's a bit pricing but still cheaper then the more expesive motor mill models that do not have a hand crack option in emergencies.
All that said, I'm very happy with the Mill.

This is just the mill we were looking for. I researched several websites and always kept coming back to this mill. Highly recommended from people who had previously purchased it and used it. It lives up to the high reviews I read online and I am liking using it very much.

I searched FOREVER to find good information about grain mills. Finally I stumbled upon the Onlygrainmills videos. Well done guys! I decided on the Wonder Jr and now that I've had it for 3 weeks, I can say it's a good mill. Even more solid than it looked in the video. I usually make 2-3 cups of flour at a time and it's not too bad on my arms. I really wanted the Country Living, but couldn't afford it, but I think this is just as good (if not as pretty). The fast shipping was a plus.
